Hello, I’m Matthew.

After obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at La Trobe University, I graduated from Charles Sturt University in Albury-Wodonga with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

Using evidence-based approaches, I am enthusiastic about keeping my patients independent and injury free. I use a combination of exercise prescription and hands on techniques.

Outside the clinic, I enjoys playing squash, travelling, spending time with my family and friends, and most of all, a really good coffee.

Matthew’s hours are:

Monday: 1pm - 7pm

Tuesday: 8am - 6pm

Wednesday: 8am - 12pm

Thursday: 8am - 7pm

Friday: 1pm - 6pm

Hi, I’m Prashant.

Sports Physiotherapist.

I am a highly skilled and dedicated sports physiotherapist with a passion for helping athletes recover from injuries and achieve peak performance. With extensive experience in both the public and private healthcare sectors, I have had the privilege of collaborating with prominent organisations such as the NHS (UK), London 2012 Olympics, and Premier League football clubs like Brighton & Hove Football Club and Sussex County Cricket Club.

My expertise spans a wide range of areas including acute injury treatment, sports rehabilitation, running assessments, biomechanical assessments and dry needling. I excel at developing comprehensive return-to-sports programs tailored to individual needs, ensuring athletes can safely transition back to their chosen sport.

One of my key specialisations is in ACL injuries, where I employ advanced trauma support and various rehabilitation techniques to aid in recovery. I am also proficient in pitch side injury management, ensuring athletes receive the care they need in intense sporting environments.

My love for sports extends beyond my professional life. I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and young children, engaging in activities such as running, cricket, and badminton. This shared passion for sports nurtures our bond as a family. We also have a keen interest in traveling, particularly enjoying beach holidays where we can indulge in our shared love of surfing.

With his wealth of experience, dedication to excellence, and caring nature, Prash is committed to helping athletes recover, reach their full potential, and lead active lives.

Prash is available:
